To je přece absurdní! Takže mi chcete říct, že když aerolinka zpozdí můj let, nedostanu žádnou kompenzaci, pokud si nenechám rezervaci zrušit nebo změnit? Já ten let potřebuju, letím s dalšími dvěma lidmi, nemůžu si dovolit rezervaci rušit! Jsem ochoten přijmout voucher na budoucí cesty nebo vrácení peněz na kartu, ale rozhodně nechci nic měnit na rezervaci. Není možné tu kompenzaci vyřídit nějak jinak? Třeba přes nějakého nadřízeného nebo reklamační oddělení?
