Pokud byste v budoucnu změnil názor a rozhodl se rezervaci upravit nebo zrušit, rád vám pomohu s procesem a následně zašlu příslušný poukaz ve výši 150 dolarů. Ještě vám mohu s něčím jiným pomoci?

To je naprosto nepřijatelné! Takže mi ani neumíte říct, proč je můj let zpožděn, a kompenzaci mi nedáte, pokud si nenechám přebookovat nebo zrušit let, který potřebuji absolvovat? To přece nedává smysl – za zpoždění nemůžu já, ale vaše společnost. Chci mluvit s vaším nadřízeným nebo s někým, kdo má pravomoc mi kompenzaci poskytnout bez podmínky změny rezervace.
