Děkuji za informace. Důvod zrušení je u obou rezervací jiný – chci uvolnit svá místa pro někoho jiného, kdo je skutečně potřebuje. Rozumím tomu, že u těchto rezervací nemám nárok na vrácení peněz, ale i přesto chci ve zrušení pokračovat. Jde mi opravdu o to, aby se tato místa mohla nabídnout dalším cestujícím. Pokud je nutné mě převést na lidského agenta, jsem s tím samozřejmě v pořádku.
